Doesn’t matter if you think phone-wise. You can use any phones for pay as you go. Your initial selection sucks, but you can buy better phones that works with the network and just insert your SIM card, assuming it’s At&t you’re going to use going by you saying pay as you go.

For pay as you go, you can use it yourself, no need to use someone else’s name and no need for it. If you’re going to get a contract, then you need someone else to help you out.

I have been convincing my parents to get me a cell and I think they just might. But which is better to get.. a pay-as you go? or a normal one? Cause my friends have pay as you go’s (which has alot more freedom i guess) but their phones never come with a camera in it or music.. Oh and some suggestions of phones would be good :D

pay as you go can sometimes be as expensive as the cheapest plan on a monthly bill, and theyre also often used by drug dealers and terrorists to hide their identities… not sure how that affects your decision but its true.. pay as you go should only be used if you are making very few calls a month and not texting or need extra features or a good looking phone since that will cost extra, hope this helps!

Metro PCS or Boost Unlimited? By the way if you can answer this from the Orlando area that’s even better.
Just to clarify, unlimited minutes means unlimited anytime minutes not just nights and weekends. Also my main concern is the coverage area.

only boost can offer that right now besides them there is sprint. but why dont you want a contract do you not plan to have a phone for 2 yrs.?

Sprints plan is unlimited talk, text, picture mail, web access for $99.99 but, I don’t know anyone that can give me an opinion of Walmart’s unlimited talk, text, Web access plan.
